Job Responsibilities:

1、 Responsible for the development of new product process routes,Small test verification,Organic synthesis experimental operations；

2、 Submit project summary report on time、Formula process documents and other technical documents；

3、 Follow up on new product trial production work,Ensure normal production of new products；

4、Assist in processing related product production、Detection、Technical issues related to marketing and sales；

5、Complete other tasks assigned by company and department leaders；

6、 Keep the company’s scientific research and technology secrets、Trade secrets。

Qualifications:

1、Bachelor degree or above,Organic Synthesis、Chemical engineering and chemical engineering and technology and other related majors；

2、Applicants with experience in organic synthesis are preferred；

3、Familiar with chemical product processing and R&D,Familiar with the operation of laboratory equipment,Have full understanding and exposure to production workshop equipment,Have solid experience in fine chemicals、Practical experience in small molecule synthesis；

4、Skilled operationAUTOCADDrawing software,Rigorous in dealing with matters、Thinking carefully,Have strong communication and analytical skills,Have certain problem-solving ability,Creativity,Experimental design capabilities；

5、Have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism,Able to endure hardships and stand hard work。
